Oil Changers at 944 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California.

Came for a simple oil change felt like they were taking long then I hear something about stripped so I get up and look thru the window and a few minutes late they come to tell me that when they were putting the bolt back on it was stripped and now they are gonna try to get something to temporary fix it and told me Ima have to get the oil pan replaced next time I get an oil change. Now are they gonna fix it free of charge even though they are the ones that stripped it?
