Menlo Park Division - VA Palo Alto Health Care System at 795 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California.

I work at the SF VA Medical Center and it's hard to balance the line between patient and employee while being seen there, so I transferred my care to the Palo Alto VA Health Care system, which includes Menlo Park. I am nothing but impressed with all aspects of this facility and I have been seen at a few. It's clean, safe, the staff is courteous and on the ball. They were even able to assist me in a matter that had taken two years to complete. I brought it to their attention and within a week it was resolved. As a Veteran and a VA employee, I am impressed with this facility. I feel other facilities should take note of what they are doing and mirror them.
